His deep-rooted connection to the city fuels his appreciation for its neighborhoods, architecture, and dynamic culture.
Ian focuses on two key areas of real estate: historic homes/buildings and their relationship to the communities they helped shape, and supporting entrepreneurs in securing commercial spaces for their growing businesses.
